Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at ailemacharmxco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- Damage caused during transit may require further review, as shipping carriers are responsible for in- route damages.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
