We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email ailemacharmxco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- If the issue is due to an error on our end, we will repair, replace, or make it right.
- In some cases, a store credit (gift card) may be issued at our discretion.
- Damage caused during shipping may require further review, as carriers are responsible for transit-related issues.
Wear and tear or damage after delivery is not covered.
