My name is Paola, and I am the creator behind Ailema Charm & Co. This brand was born from love, loss, and healing after I lost my mother in 2020.

The name Ailema comes from my mother's name, Amelia, spelled backwards- a quiet tribute that allows her spirit, strength, and grace to live on through every piece we create. What began as a way to cope with grief slowly transformed into a brand rooted in meaning, connection, and self-expression.
